We ensure all our packages are in good condition before they are shipped out. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors via carrier. We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping info provided by the buyers. Shipping is a service you purchase from your local carrier when making order on our website. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. All shipping issues must be handled by the relevant carrier.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. A cancellation fee of 10% of will be charged for all cancellations.
