WILL MY PAYMENT & INFORMATION BE PROTECTED?
We currently use PayPal - one of the most secure and trusted payment platforms available internationally. as our payment processor. With PayPal, all your information and privacy are strictly protected. You may make your payment using your PayPal account or by using major credit/debit cards accepted by PayPal including Master, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
HOW SAFE IS MY ORDER?
Your order is protected when: The item did not arrive within the time promised by us. Item received was not as described. Approved refund will be processed by PayPal and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-15 days.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIPPED?
All packages are shipped by reliable carriers from the nearest warehouses. Once they arrived in your country, they will be taken care by your national postal service before arriving at the shipping address you provide when you place your order.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
We usually send the items in single package but occasionally we will need to send them in separate packages due to the size, weight of the items, location of warehouses where they are stored and other logistical reasons.
WILL I GET TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PACKAGE?
Yes, we offer shipping option(s) with tracking service. If you select such shipping options you will get your tracking information through your email as soon as your order is shipped.
WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATING?
Your tracking information is processed by the carrier once they received the items. Sometimes, they may not able to update tracking information for all packages as soon as they receive the items especially during peak seasons. Rest assured, your package will be processed and check again in a few more days . Please contact us with your order number if there is no update after 10 or more business days.
I'M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes your orders are shipped in separate parcels. Please check your emails, if you do get multiple tracking numbers, it means that your items are scheduled to arrive separately. For assistance, contact us and make sure to include the information below: Your order number Missing item's name Photos of the package Photo of the shipping label on package received * Please be advised that the details on the shipping label in your photos must be readable for us to investigate.
THE TRACKING INFO SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT'S GOING ON?
This does not happen often. In such case, please first check with those who live with you and your neighbors to see if they have signed for the package, if not, please then check with your local post office. All domestic delivery issues are taken care of by your local postal service once the items arrived in your country. Also, please make sure to that the shipping information is correct and complete when placing order. We will NOT be held responsible if you have put a wrong shipping address when checking out from our site.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Kindly include ALL the following information in your email: Your Name Order Number Photos of the product received A clear explanation of the issue We will fully examine the photos and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement within a reasonable period of time.
WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME TO REPORT A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
All problems related to your order must be reported by email no more than 45 business days after orders are shipped.
